As a developer in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with a talented team of professionals to deliver innovative solutions for clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET OR Java technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve existing systems and create new applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a .NET OR Java developer.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related .NET technologies.
• Solid understanding of Java, including experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with database design and development, including SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
