We offer a full-service consultancy catalogue ranging from commercial tenant representation to technical project management and workplace design.In the Enterprise Clients team, we provide independent consultancy services in strategic property portfolio management and transaction management.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced consultant to support our team in enhancing our advisory services to our Danish Enterprise Clients. Your focus will in part be support to organizations in the strategic development of their real estate functions and the management and optimizations of global real estate transactions?Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage international real estate transactions on behalf of our clients.
- Provide strategic support on the development of real estate functions, including portfolio analysis and decision-making.
- Manage national and international stakeholder relationships.
In addition to the above, you will also be independently leading transactions with the Danish market. You will be driving the assessment of client requirements, searching for suitable office spaces and negotiating contracts, in close cooperation with a team of 11 experienced colleagues.What We Offer:

QualificationsYou have a higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fields such as economics, business law and/or project management.Beside this you have:
- Experience as a management consultant or from the property sector.
- Proven experience in international settings and work with multinational teams.
- Strong process management, client care, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, commercial and financial skills.
- Fluency in English and Danish at a professional level (additional languages are an advantage).
