What can you expect?

• Take on strategic and operational responsibility as a project manager in the international environment of e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology and digital transformation
• Create change: Manage agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of hardware, software and mechanics
• Generate impact: Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools for project management
• Work operationally: As a project manager, optimize cooperation with customers’ suppliers in terms of time, cost and quality

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar fields of study
• Initial experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
