We are recruiting on behalf of a hospital in Western Norway and are currently looking for a consultant radiologist for a permanent position in a well-established radiology department.This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist who enjoys working across a broad range of modalities in a modern and collaborative hospital setting, with strong interdisciplinary cooperation and a focus on professional development. About the departmentThe radiology department consists of approximately 70 staff members and operates across four locations. The main hospital site houses all resident doctors and most consultants, and serves as the centre for the department’s core activities. The unit is well-equipped and offers a wide range of diagnostic services, including:CTMRIUltrasoundConventional X-rayFluoroscopyMammography and a dedicated Breast Diagnostic CentreThe department uses SECTRA RIS/PACS, in line with all hospitals within the Western Norway Regional Health Authority.The consultant will take part in the on-call rota alongside resident doctors.
