This is an exciting time to be at Cognizant and help us engineer modern businesses for our clients.Role outline:We are seeking a Consulting Analyst to join our organisation, this would suit someone at the start of their career – perhaps a recent Grad or someone with up to good months experience.The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office, ideally strong analysis skills and a keen interest in the Transportation industry. In this role you’ll get to work across a number of projects and customers getting varied exposure and learning opportunities along the way.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for clients.
• Conduct research and gather data to support consulting projects.
• Prepare and present reports presentations and documentation using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and client presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Support the development of training materials and workshops for clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all project activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and tools.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess a strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show a keen interest in the Transportation and Logistics domain.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Show the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Possess a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Have experience or coursework related to consulting or business analysis.
