       Excellence: Prioritizing quality services and setting industry standards.Role SummaryJoin CHC Helikopter Service as a key AS332 Type Engineer, playing a pivotal role within our dynamic team.AS332 Type Engineer reports directly to the Technical Services Manager.Key Responsibilities
  - Conduct thorough technical reviews, evaluations, and assessments of technical publications impacting helicopter operations. Provide strategic recommendations to CAMO/AOC and Part-145 Nominated Postholders.
  - File created or received technical publications.
  - Preparing the maintenance program review report.
  - Responsible for the aircraft maintenance program at any time is updated and maintain in accordance with the latest requirements, periodically assess and optimize maintenance programs.
  - Liaise with Type Certificate holders on technical issues.
  - Collaborate with the EASA Part 21 Design Organization on modification/repair proposals, compilation, and approvals, demonstrating regulatory compliance.
  - Compile and control configuration lists, including AMOS reference trees, for all designated individual aircraft.
  - Create/register new part numbers in AMOS
  - Control Fleet standardization and Modifications in direct liaison with AOC NPH and Operations.
  - Act as contact/focal point, both internally and externally, in respect of technical affairs to maintenance organizations and subcontracted CAMO’s as defined in the related agreements.
  - Carry out trend monitoring of oil sample SOAP analysis, hydraulic fluid patch tests and advise Maintenance Organization of appropriate actions.
  - Maintaining Mass & Balance reports.
  - Carry out aircraft surveys, on new or used aircraft, to determine whether the aircraft complies with the regulatory and AOC requirements to operate the aircraft for customers.
  - Checking, updating and correcting as required the documentation in use by the Technical Services Department and Part-145 organization.
  - Clearly marking non-current documentation which is still used for reference.
  
  Authorization of the AS332 Type Engineer 
  - Create or approve Maintenance Accomplishment Records
  - Create Engineering Bulletins
  - Create or approve documents/publications processing, MMP’s, OMP’s, Work templates and task cards in AMOS
  - Create Aircraft Maintenance Program and its Review
  - Create/register new part numbers in AMOS
  - Create and update reference trees in AMOS
  - Create, update and approve Mass & Balance reports
  - Creator and approver shall be 2 different persons, final approval parts like Transmittal Letters shall only be approved by Technical Services Manager or his deputy.
  
  Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
  - AS332 type engineer will require a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as type engineer.
  - Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in aviation maintenance
  - Experience and knowledge in the field of aerospace engineering; preferably in a supporting role to aircraft operators
  - Experience and knowledge in the field of maintenance programs for aircraft
  - Possess strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
  - Affinity with computer applications
  - Ability to work in a structured and secure manner
  - Ability to prepare and write clear reports
  - Flexible attitude, ability to work under pressure
  - Full detailed and experience with helicopters is a must, knowledge and experience on a helicopter type is an added value
  - Has access rights to AMOS.
  - Have knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalized training course at least at a level equivalent to Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarization.
