The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the management of contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from initial development to final delivery and through termination. As part of the Finance Department this role will be responsible for ensuring that all contract-related activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all parties are aware of their obligations and responsibilities under the contract at all relevant times.Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from pre-contract activities to post-contract management and termination/renewal.
  • Draft and review term sheets and contracts, including terms and conditions, and ensure that they comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company goals.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the contract requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and disputes and manage the resolution process.
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure that risk management strategies are implemented.
  • Manage due diligence requirement with key vendors and partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including contract documentation, correspondence, termination and financial data.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and procurement activities while proactively optimising Broadway Gaming’s contract counterparty costs.
  • Manage contract renewals and extensions and ensure that all parties are aware of any changes to the contract terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular reporting on contract status, including progress against contract deliverables, financial performance, risk mitigation strategies and termination dates and advance termination notification requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management, with demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements relating to contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate contract risks.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in contract management software being an advantage.
