Contracts Manager- FinlandTo €100,000 DOE + Rotation + AccommodationOur client is a leading multinational construction and engineering contractor, headquartered in the USA and operating across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. With a global workforce of over 9,000 and an annual turnover exceeding €6 billion, they specialise in delivering high-tech projects across key sectors, including data centres, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, photovoltaics, battery plants, and specialty chemicals. They provide a full turnkey service, covering design, construction, and handover, encompassing civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, mechanical and electrical (MEP) systems, and commissioning.The need now exists for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract management which involves preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, including agreements, amendments, and renewals, ensuring contracts are aligned with company policies, codes, and standards.Oversee compliance with contractual obligations, including performance milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Facilitate positive relationships between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other parties involved in contract negotiations and administration.Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records.Work closely with legal, finance, and commercial/procurement departments to ensure that project development adheres to financial constraints.Identify potential risks and issues with contract terms and conditions and develop solutions to reduce/eliminate risks.Check contractors RAMS for approval, tickets records, and inductions including approving benchmarks from contractors.Proactively attend meetings, contributing to the best of your knowledge.Degree in Construction Management or related field.Proven years of experience as a Contracts Manager within construction with focus on data centre and pharmaceutical projects.Strong knowledge of construction contract law including FIDIC and industry regulations.Skilled in negotiation, organisation, and communication skills for smooth transactions with clients and stakeholders.Proficient in computer skills relevant to the role.Benefits:Competitive SalaryAccommodationFlightsAllowancePensionThe ideal candidate is eligible to work in Finland with no visa restrictions.
