Start something great today. Go GoodyearLocation:Bucharest/RomaniaPrimary Purpose of the PositionMonitor and follow up on alerts for TaaS fleets.Activate service. Communicate with fleets, service providers and installations partners to ensure service delivery.Troubleshoot hardware. Remote checks on TCUs and sensors.Organize vehicle availability with the fleet, to make servicing the vehicle possible.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor the TaaS vehicles via the GMC platform. React on alerts by informing the fleet and service providers to ensure service is done and alerts are resolved.Handle job authorization for TaaS accounts. Check if data is in line with job requests. Chase service providers when jobs are not submitted.Arrange breakdown service for the fleet. Calling service providers which are on route for the fleet. Or arrange roadside service via the Goodyear Serviceline.Support data management in GMC and Device Manager.
