From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.The roleTOTEME is looking for a part-time (80%) Copywriter to join our Marketing & Communications team for a parental leave cover of at least one year. In this role, you will have a dedicated focus on writing product descriptions, product naming, sustainability copy, and SEO content. This role calls for a meticulous and creative writer who is fluent in our brand tone of voice and passionate about storytelling language. You will work closely with the Lead Copywriter and cross-functional teams to shape the language that defines our collections, elevates the shopping experience, and connects with our global audience.Responsibilities

• Deliver creative and strategic copy that aligns with TOTEME’s tone of voice and aesthetic vision.
• Create accurate, informative, and elevated product names and descriptions that reflect brand, design intention, fabrication, and fit.
• Collaborate with product, merchandising, and design teams to ensure consistency and commercial resonance across naming and descriptions.
• Champion product storytelling by weaving together functional detail and emotional appeal.
• Produce compelling and on-brand copy for digital channels including e-commerce, email, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with the sustainability team to ensure sustainability credentials across product descriptions, homepage, sustainability reports and other documentation are up to date.
• Continually raise the bar on creativity and precision, writing copy that deepens customer engagement and reflects the brand’s evolving identity.

Your profile

• Demonstrated experience crafting product and digital copy within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle environments.
• Exceptional command of written English, with an acute eye for grammar, detail, and tonal consistency.
• Strong understanding of tone, structure, and narrative in short-form copy.
• Skilled at translating technical information-such as materials, silhouettes, and fit-into clear, brand-aligned language.
• Meticulous about maintaining consistency across all copy touchpoints.

• A collaborative team player with a strong visual sensibility and an intuitive grasp of TOTEME’s design principles and aesthetic codes.

This is a part-time position (80%) based at TOTEME’s headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
