If you’re driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here!We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Chiasso HQ and support our global accounting efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in IFRS accounting standards and 2 to 3 years of experience working with major audit firms.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and maintain best practices in accounting processes.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting processes.
• Navigate complex accounting challenges and provide solutions to support business objectives.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a major audit firm.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS accounting standards.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
