As part of our team, you’ll help our clients by providing client specific commercial insight, market and competitor overviews, and investment/divestment advice and modelling.Your impact– Responsible for leading and executing M&A engagements within the retail and consumer sector. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and leading negotiations to ensure the successful completion of transactions.– Spearheading end-to-end M&A engagements, including target identification, coordination of due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning.– Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and financial experts, to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions to clients.– Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail and consumer industry.– Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.– Leading client presentations and preparing compelling reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.– Mentoring and guiding junior team members, contributing to their professional development.Your Skill Set– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
