  • Oversee shareholder interests in companies within the residential property development/finance sector.
  • Analyse financial reports, business plans, and funding proposals of portfolio companies.
  • Examine financial aspects of acquisition, disposal, or joint venture proposals.
  • Monitor financial performance and shareholder return through review of financial targets and equity valuations.
  • Contribute to the oversight of portfolio companies’ climate objectives.
  • Engage in market research to identify trends and opportunities in the residential property sector.
  • Prepare reports and advice for Government Ministers and Departments.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Third level degree
  • Professional accountancy or financial body membership (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) is desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a relevant financial role within professional services, advisory, or a commercial organisation of scale.
  • Experience in residential property development/finance is required.
  • Strong financial and commercial analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
