Job description
My client, a leading Irish owned financial services company, is hiring a Corporate Governance Manager to join their team. Reporting directly into the Company Secretary, you will take full ownership of the running of a number of highly regulated subsidies as well as proving support to the Company Secretary on wider issues.Required experience:
- Previous experience in a Corporate Governance role, ideally in a Financial Services environment
- Previous experience in the end to end running of board committee meetings
- Strong technical knowledge, familiar with filing, minute taking and other corporate records
- Excellent communication, people and stakeholder management skills
The role is permanent and will be hybrid, based from my clients Dublin city centre office.
