We are excited to speak to experienced Corporate Receptionists with a passion for five star service.This is a rare chance to join the front of house team in a large Irish law firm. This is a very well-regarded team who deliver an excellent welcome to clients and visitors to the firm daily. You will ideally have worked in a corporate or high-end hospitality environment and be an organised, proactive Receptionist.

• Fully onsite – Dublin 2
• Rotating shifts across three rosters between 7.45am and 6.30pm
• Excellent salary and benefits
• 12 month FTC

Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Managing meeting room booking calendar.
• Liaising with catering and AV/IT ahead of meetings.
• Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and internal meeting attendees.
• Managing switchboard and high volume of incoming calls.
• Organising taxis and couriers.

For consideration you will need to have:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Receptionist in a Corporate or high-end environment – professional services, law firms, hotels etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and being proactive.
• Strong MS Office skills as well as experience using switchboard technologies.
• Flexibility around shifts and schedules.
