Job description
In this role, you will provide crucial support to our managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, offering guidance on various HR matters. You will also lead our Finland HR team and be part of Ramuddens global HR network. You report directly to the Managing Director in Finland.Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Ramudden people leaders in HR related matters.
- Oversee recruitment, development and performance management processes for supervisors and employees.
- Handle monthly reporting and KPIs.
- Manage all employment lifecycle tasks from recruitment to exit.
- Act as a key point of contact for different stakeholders to ensure efficient HR process implementation.
- Participate in HR development projects and contribute to their success.
- Play a vital role in the HR team’s success, serving as its backbone.
- Act as an advisor and knowledge sharer in Collective Agreement related responsibilities.
Qualifications*Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
*+8 years of HR experience in similar position and environment.
*Previous experience in a supervisory role.
*Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
*Knowledge of labor law and the Collective Agreement of the building Industry.
*Detail-oriented with a hands-on attitude.
*Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead people and practices.
*A growth mindset and the ability to drive development.
*Proficiency in both Finnish and English, both oral and written. Swedish proficiency is a bonus.
