Full P&L Responsibility – MedTech – Strategic Leadership –Driving a collaborative team culture and Market GrowthThe CompanyIn Denmark, the team consists of 15 employees, including sales, service, and back-office staff, all working together to deliver outstanding medical solutions. This structure fosters a collaborative, flat-hierarchy environment where the Country Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and market growth.Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities. At the core, you will develop and implement a strategic business plan tailored to the Danish market, with a focus on growth, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. As a hands-on leader, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team, ensuring alignment with KARL STORZ’s values of innovation, precision, and integrity.Driving market expansion will be a priority, requiring you to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors. With full P&L responsibility, you will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring that operational goals are met and exceeded.As a representative of KARL STORZ, you will embody the company’s values in all interactions, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted and innovative partner in the healthcare sector.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to the Danish market, aligning with global objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture, driving professional development.
- Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes and adhering to regulatory standards.
- Represent KARL STORZ in all business interactions, embodying the company’s core values.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in senior management roles, ideally within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Danish healthcare sector, including regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L with strong financial acumen.
- Expertise in sales and marketing, with experience in market expansion strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and align teams towards common goals.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
