Turning clunky, static contracts into customer-oriented, digital contracts that feel like magic.With a presence in 7 countries and over 60,000 users, we are now seeking a Country Manager Finland to lead and expand our Finnish subsidiary.About the roleAs Country Manager, you will own the growth and success of our Finnish business. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will lead a team of 5 Account Executives, 1 SDRs, 2 CS managers and 1 marketing professional based in Helsinki. You are responsible for all commercial activities – sales, customer success, and strategic partnerships – driving revenue growth and market presence in Finland.
This is a leadership role where you will both close key enterprise deals and develop a high-performing team. You will shape the local strategy in close collaboration with HQ and be the face of Oneflow in Finland, building strong customer and partner relationships.What you’ll do

  • Take full ownership of Oneflow’s business performance in Finland, including revenue growth, team leadership, and local go-to-market strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales, marketing, and customer success professionals
  • Drive strategic partnerships to expand our footprint and open new revenue channels
  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of business activities in Finland
  • Collaborate closely with global teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success and RevOps.
  • Represent Oneflow externally at events, customer meetings, and within the local partner ecosystem
  • Recruit top talent and build a motivated, ambitious team culture aligned with Oneflow’s values: In it together, Beat yesterday, In transparency we trust and Show love.

Who you areYou are probably in a leadership position in sales today and feel ready to take the next step into a role with more responsibility. You love sales and want to continue chasing those big deals, but you also want to become a leader, a guiding light for a team of local SaaS stars.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and leadership within the Finnish market, preferably SaaS
  • Skilled at coaching and developing teams to exceed targets
  • Experience in developing and managing partnerships or eagerness to lead this area
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
