ABOUT THE ROLECountry Pharma Partnership Manager plays a central role in the company’s expansion efforts, partnership management, local market adaptation, opportunity identification, and team building in the new market. You are essentially driving the company’s growth and reputation in a new geographical area.WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate and support operations of Elfie platform in your country in partnership with our local pharmaceutical partner
• Localize the solution and its marketing collaterals to the market languages or local specificities
• Develop local brand partnerships to include rewards (cf. gamification features in the Elfie app)
• Identify medical, marketing and sales opportunities in your country to accelerate the adoption of the solution
• Act as the representative of the company with regards to local external parties
• Help build the local team and operations and cultivate a culture of quality and innovation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years experience working in/with pharmaceutical
• Having a background as a pharmacist is a plus or in related fields, and experience working with HCP and KOLs is beneficial.
• Experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical companies ways to working
• Experience in digital marketing from acquisition to engagement to retention via content, community, influencer, media
• Experience in early-stage startup (digital health is a strong plus yet not mandatory)
• Fluency in English and native Turkish

Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.

• Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
