This is a strategic compliance role focused on implementing international trade controls and optimizing supply chain efficiency. As a Trade Compliance Officer, you’ll guide teams on customs, export controls, and sanctions compliance across Nordic operations.Your Responsibilities:Implement and manage global trade compliance programsEnsure local alignment with EU export/import regulations and sanctionsProvide internal training and support to supply chain and commercial teamsEngage in audits and help optimize automated trade tools (SAP/SAP GTS)Collaborate across legal, logistics, and procurement functionsIdeal Candidate:Degree in law, trade, economics, or logisticsExperience in EU export controls, sanctions, and customs complianceProficiency in English and Norwegian; other Nordic languages are a plusFamiliarity with HS/ECN classification and material master data is valuable
