Are you an experienced offshore crane operator ready to move into a dynamic instructor role, sharing your expertise to raise safety and operational standards?On behalf of Maersk Training, MARPRO Group is looking for a Crane Instructor for the training center in Svendborg. You will report to the Operations Manager of the company.The jobMaersk Training is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and experienced Crane Operator to join their team in Svendborg as a Crane Instructor. You must bring frontline operational experience on vessels or offshore installations and have the potential, ability, and willingness to pass on your knowledge, skills, and experience.As Crane Instructor, you will help deliver and develop crane and lifting-related training within the maritime, wind, and energy industries. You will also contribute to maintaining advanced crane simulators, developing new exercises, and evolving course offerings in close collaboration with subject matter experts and clients. As Maersk Training have training facilities all over the globe some travel activity is to be expected.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality crane and lifting courses (classroom and virtual)
• Maintain and develop crane simulator exercises
• Ensure timely updates to assigned training courses
• Collaborate with sales and customers to develop tailored training
• Share industry knowledge and trends with your team

Professional qualifications

• Strong technical competence with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated offshore crane experience
• Valid Offshore Crane Operator Stage 3 or G5 certification
