In this role, you will play a key part in shaping creative concepts, designing for multiple channels, and exploring new tools. If you enjoy solving brand and marketing challenges with bold visual thinking and a collaborative spirit, we’d love to meet you.As a Creative Designer, you will design visually stunning assets for both digital and print media, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and branding materials. You will also have the opportunity to propose ideas for any client in-house, participate in open briefs, and take on proactive initiatives.You will design and create motion graphics and animations for short-form content, such as social media ads, video intros, and digital product interfaces, AI tools should be familiar. Working in a cohesive team, you will collaborate with external partners, copywriters, video producers, and marketers to ensure designs align with brand voice, campaign objectives, and user experience goals.You will maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and contribute to creative brainstorming and strategy sessions to develop innovative concepts. Additionally, you will iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions.You will support internal teams with on-brand visuals for presentations, events, and other initiatives.QualificationsWe are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field. However, a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills is prioritized over formal education.You should have three to five years of graphic design experience, with at least two years focused on digital platforms such as websites, apps, or social media, and a minimum of two years working with motion graphics or animation. Agency backgrounds with strong brand alignment are highly valued.Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in Adobe CC and strong skills in motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. Experience with AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating modern designs with clean aesthetics, bold typography, and user-centric layouts
  • Ability to produce animations for short-form content, including GIFs, Instagram reels, and video intros, to enhance brand storytelling
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for digital products, including wireframing and prototyping
  • Knowledge of current design trends and platform-specific requirements across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters, video producers, and marketers to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, in-house environment
  • Nice to have: basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web development processes to work effectively with developers
