If words are your LEGO bricks, then you are the person Our LEGO Agency (OLA) are looking for!Please note that relocation support is not offered for this role.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate with creative colleagues to deliver campaigns across all LEGO channels and work with various internal partners to bring inspiring ideas to life. More specifically you will:Write, write, write – deliver copy in flawless English that encourages, is direct and explains the power of LEGO play. You’ll write everything from manifestos to scripts, headlines, social, and more.Make creative leaps and identify campaign ideas based on strategic understanding.Build and structure strong on-the-point presentations and ensure the creative work is communicated in the clearest and most inspiring way possible.Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to make informed creative decisions and other partners (i.e., Strategy, DI, OLA HUBs, Channels, Markets, Marketing, etc.).Collaborate closely with producers during the production phases acting as senior sparring partner and/or the creative lead from pre-production to delivery.Play your part in our team succeedingYou will be part of Our LEGO Agency in Billund, a global in-house creative agency that does it all – from our big brand commercials to this morning’s LEGO Group story.We sincerely believe a Creative Specialist to be more than just a copywriter; you’re a creative polymath, and that’s how we’ll treat you. You will naturally take the lead role and facilitate brainstorms/workshops to manage the creative progression and lead the team to the best solution!Do you have what it takes?+5 years experience in copywriting ideally in an ad agency or in-house creative department.Experienced with various marketing tactics & channels: film, organic social, influencer marketing, experiential activations, digital content.A self-starter, able to work independently or in a team, with a sharp eye for detail.Strong collaborator.Superb communication and presentation skills and your written English is flawless.A kid at heart – you’re fun and curious.Experience working with STEM or children’s brands is an advantage but not a must.A standout portfolio that shows your skills and instinct as a writer and a creative leader.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
