What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, customizing, and enhancing CRM platforms to meet evolving business needs
• Developing and maintaining integrations with other business systems and tools
• Automating workflows and processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT
• Troubleshooting issues and continuously optimizing CRM performance
• Staying up to date with CRM trends and best practices to drive innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages
• Deep understanding of CRM customization, workflows, and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Fluency in Finnish (written & spoken) is essential
• English proficiency is a plus
