We’re now looking for a sharp, strategic CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join us in that mission.This is the role:In this role, you’ll become a key player within our Marketing Performance & Insights team based in our HQ on Strandgade, Copenhagen. Working at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy, your primary focus will be to develop, execute, and optimize high-performing email marketing flows that drive quality traffic to both our online store and physical locations across markets. With a strong emphasis on performance and conversion, you’ll leverage our CRM platform-Klaviyo-to design personalized customer journeys that engage, convert, and retain.Reporting directly to the CRM Team Lead, your insights and execution will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious traffic and growth goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed environment and is eager to make a measurable impact on a global brand’s success. This is a temporary role with a possiblity of extension.What You’ll DoAs part of our growing CRM team, you’ll lead the charge in building and optimizing high-impact email automation flows that drive both web clicks and store visits. Your secret weapon? Klaviyo. Your magic touch? Data-driven insights that turn strategy into performance.Main responsibilities:

• Create and execute KPI-focused email flows in Klaviyo to increase traffic and conversion
• Build personalized, segmented customer journeys that speak to individual needs
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to push performance to new heights
• Use CRM data to craft targeted, automated experiences across the customer lifecycle
• Monitor KPIs like acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion to shape strategy
• Manage and grow our email list infrastructure with precision and creativity

This is you:

• Strong strategic mindset and experience in CRM and performance-based email marketing.
• Proficiency in utilizing KPIs and data-driven approaches to achieve marketing objectives, specifically related to traffic generation.
• Experience in optimizing email flows to drive website traffic and conversions – based on familiarity with email automation software, preferably Klaviyo.
• Ability to build and segment CRM target groups and develop personalized customer journeys that maximize traffic potential.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency (Danish is not required for this position)
