Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of direct communication strategies for both new and existing customers, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
Manage the email marketing calendar and oversee the full production of email campaigns, from creative development to deployment, optimization, and analysis.
Develop and refine onboarding communications to maximize conversions, improve retention rates, and re-engage lapsed customers through targeted campaigns.
Maximize the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and explore other engagement tools, including SMS and push messaging.
Conduct customer research and segmentation to inform marketing strategies and optimize ongoing CRM campaigns.
Implement MVT testing to continuously improve email marketing performance, analyzing results to drive impactful changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified view of the customer and lead company-wide customer insight initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as part of our commitment to operating responsibly in a regulated industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 6 years in B2C and B2B digital marketing roles, specifically as a CRM Marketing Manager.
Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM technologies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Characteristics:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
A fast-paced, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of information security and regulatory requirements is essential; experience in fintech is a plus.
