• Review of tax documentation/self-certification forms for completeness and reasonableness in accordance with regulatory requirements and investor KYC
• Prepare annual FATCA and CRS returns for client delivery/approval and submission of same to local jurisdictional tax portals
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients and vendors, acting as a point of contact for all FATCA and CRS queries
• Respond to various stakeholder queries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
• Provide reporting updates to Board of Directors meetings

Qualifications

• University degree and/or relevant qualifications
• Previous working experience in Fund Admin industry related to FATCA is preferred will be considered an asset
• Understanding of fund structures, investor life-cycle and tax reporting
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
