CSA Commercial Manager, FinlandWe are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specializing in Data Centres across Europe. After showing evidence of rapid growth there are looking to expand their Finnish team with a CSA Commercial Manager.Responsibilities·Cost Management & Budget Control: Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the CSA works, ensuring the project stays within budget, including preparation of cost estimates, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.·Contract Management: Lead the negotiation, administration, and enforcement of contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring all CSA-related work is delivered in accordance with contract terms, specifications, and timelines.·Project Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other teams to develop and manage schedules for CSA activities, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that may impact the project’s progress.·Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to CSA works, including potential delays, cost overruns, and compliance issues, ensuring the smooth execution of the project.·Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for all CSA-related commercial issues, providing regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders on project status, financial performance, and any commercial concerns.Requirements3+ Years experience in a similar roleBachelors degree or equivalent in Quantity SureyingData Centre experience is advantageousBenefitsUp to €130,000 per annum + Full rotational package
