Are you experienced with both software development and leadership, and looking for the next step in your career?We are a small team of senior software developers working on digitalisation projects with customers across Norway. We focus on solving complex challenges with simple and innovative solutions. As CTO, you will contribute in these projects as well as being the driving force behind our technical strategy and teamSome of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement the overall technical vision and strategy for the company
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of top-tier software developers and engineers.Ensure that our technology stack is scalable, secure, and future-proof
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies to keep us at the forefront of innovation
• Oversee the development of high-quality software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security

We are looking for you to bring:

• Experience in a senior technical leadership role within a software development environment
• Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and engineering best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A passion for innovation, with the ability to inspire and drive technological change
• Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment is a plus

We look for technical competence in some of the following areas:

• C#/.NET
• Azure
• React / TypeScript / JavaScript
• Understanding of DevOps principles
• Both relational and noSql databases (eg MSSQL or DynamoDB)
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices
• Experience with event-driven architecture with e.g. Kafka
• The tools Jira/ Confluence/ GitLab or equivalent
