Job Title Customer Demand Planner, Personal Health NordicsJob DescriptionAs a Customer Demand Planner, you will create and improve the business forecast for specific customers in our Market organization.You’ll ensure there’s one aligned demand plan, signed off by sales, to serve as input into the S&OP process. You’ll join a close-knit Supply Chain team across Europe, working with various functions in the company.Your responsibilities:Create an aligned short term demand plan, by using/improving the baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and use it in the enrichment processReview and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock-in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast resultsLead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning inputSupport all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenariosSupport all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating, and revising forecast for Sales Review Meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputsMaintain the demand plan for respective Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshotsBe the gate keeper for potential activation/promotion agreements with customers and feasibility from a supply chain capability perspective.You’re the right fit if:You have bachelor’s degree or higher, and 2-5 years work experience in Business or Supply Chain environmentStrong team player with proven analytical skillsExperience in demand planning downstream (retail)Experience with Excel (a must have)Familiar with ERP (SAP) would be an advantageFluent in English & SwedishStrong attention to detail with Commercial understandingHow we work together
