You have the ability to translate global communication and marketing strategies into local digital and physical actions, as well as concepts tailored to the unique needs of the local market. But that’s not all. You understand our visitors-their needs, behaviors, and dreams.Using this knowledge, you will create campaigns that draw many people to Matkus Shopping Center, repeatedly, to shop, meet, and have fun! You understand the customer journey inside and out and can weave new experiences using data and insights. You enjoy managing multiple touchpoints, working with stakeholders, and making things happen. You know how to capture visitors’ interests and activate their senses on various levels.   • An experienced marketer with proven ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a people-centered organization.
  • Used to leading yourself and external communication and marketing agencies.
  • Motivated by driving business, with a background in working in a customer-focused, efficient, and multichannel environment.
  • Comfortable with problem-solving, conflict management, and handling a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in communicating in English, both written and verbal.

Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) As the Customer Experience Leader in Matkus Shopping Center, your mission is to create positive experiences for our visitors. Together with colleagues in marketing team, you will drive the acceleration of customer experience development at our meeting place.You will be responsible for the presentation materials and building a business plan for Matkus Shopping Center and coordinate the development of processes and routines for communication and marketing.Investigating and analyzing customer satisfaction will be a key part of your role. You will highlight problem areas and discover opportunities for improvement. We collect customer feedback from both offline sources and online platforms, and you will regularly conduct market research to stay updated.Additionally, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and promote marketing events/campaigns across all media channels.
  • Collaborate with local marketing and communication agencies.
  • Develop and enhance the customer journey and experience in partnership with IKEA Retail.
  • Improve IKEA’s presence both online and offline at the meeting place.
  • Foster customer experience expertise within the meeting place team, tenants, and subcontractors.
  • Engage tenants and visitors to promote sustainability.
