Customer Liability Specialist, German-speakingSAS Customer Service handles millions of customer contacts annually through our centers and external partners. We are currently in the process of renewing and adapting our service to meet travelers’ future needs. To support this, we are now looking for new Liability Managers to join our team, spread across offices in three countries.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing disputes related to passenger rights in German-speaking countries.
  • Receiving, registering, and handling documents related to disputes in German.
  • Staying updated with current regulations regarding air passenger rights.
  • Exercising a commercially sound strategy for disputes and negotiations.
  • Assisting and providing legal counsel with the necessary documentation.
  • Collaborating with national enforcement bodies and trade organizations.
  • Participating in internal cross-functional process development.
  • Assisting in handling escalated complaints.
  • Supporting and training customer service staff.

You will need to be prepared for some travel within and outside Scandinavia.
To succeed in this role and thrive in the workplace you need to be communicative and open to collaboration, meticulous and efficient with an eye for detail as well as a holistic perspective. You must also be able to understand contexts and create your solutions to problems that may arise.Your qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Fluent in the Scandinavian language, German, and English.
  • Understanding of legal concepts and their applications.

About the position:

  • Full-time, permanent position with a probationary period.
  • Located at the SAS office in Frösundavik (Stockholm).
  • Partial remote work is possible according to the hybrid policy.
  • Start date in the first quarter of 2025.
