You will ensure all standards, especially Safety and Security, are closely and consistently adhered to.What you will be doing
- Responsible for day to day operational performance, safety, security and customer satisfaction of the product through effective support and management of delivery areas.
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are according to standards set within the Menzies Health & Safety Policy Manual, and according to international aviation standards.
- Monitoring performance of key customer service indicators, identify gaps, plan and resource effectively, including contingency planning.
- Supporting the Senior Management in the development of the strategic business plans and effectively manage these in line with budgets to deliver excellent service to our airport customers.
- Improving delivery of Menzies Aviation products and services through developing a motivated and skilled team.

- Demonstrable experience of people management skills, including dealing with local Employee Relation matters.
- Substantial management experiance
- Experience and knowledge of Aviation Services, ideally to include Customer Service and Passenger Handling.
- Conversant with Customer Handling procedures and Aviation Safety & Security procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills in managing, maintaining and developing a Customer Service Team.
