Full-time | 12-month contract (renewable)Are you based in Ireland and ready to take your career international? We’re looking for English-speaking Customer Operations Experts with experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or insurance gained specifically in Ireland to support a leading digital banking project from sunny Lisbon, Portugal.This is more than just a customer service role its a chance to be part of a new generation of banking, helping users navigate everything from transactions and disputes to fraud and financial well-being.What You’ll Be DoingSupport customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues on the first contact whenever possibleHandle a variety of banking-related topics including fraud investigations, chargebacks, and complaintsWork independently to resolve cases with fairness and careIdentify and support vulnerable customersProvide peer coaching and help improve internal processesAdapt to new tools and systems in a fast-changing environmentWorking hours:Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating 24/7 shifts (8h/day + 1h break)Holidays: 22 working days per year + Portuguese public holidays (with compensatory days if worked)Workplace amenities: Free light meals, cafeteria, social and cultural activities, e-learning platformWho Were Looking ForMust-Haves:Currently based in IrelandC1C2 level of EnglishMinimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance gained in IrelandStrong problem-solving skills, empathy, and professionalismComfortable using tools like Slack and GSuite and learning new systems quicklyNice to Have:Experience handling sensitive or regulated customer interactionsInterest in fintech, digital banking, or customer experience excellenceWhy Apply from Ireland?You already have the experience we’re looking forPortugal offers a lower cost of living, warmer climate, and international career developmentAll relocation costs covered + company housing providedStart your next chapter in Lisbon!Apply today and join a team that’s redefining the future of banking from one of Europes most vibrant cities.
