Join Telenor Linx as a Customer Relationship Manager and play a key role in ensuring top-tier service delivery for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) across Europe, Africa and LATAM.What You’ll Do:✅ Manage relationships with key stakeholders across our footprint of MNOs
✅ Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
✅ Oversee customer onboarding, service delivery, and offboarding
✅ Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer projects
✅ Ensure seamless contract management and legal compliance
✅ Act as the go-to expert for customer-related mattersWhat We’re Looking For:✔ 5+ years of experience in the telco industry and Business/Account Management
✔ Proven ability to work with CxO-level stakeholders and drive negotiations
✔ Knowledge from international roaming and/or API monetisation is a plus
✔ Excellent communication skills in English
