You’ll Make a Difference By:

• Building rapport and engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat – keeping conversations as clear as crystal water.
• Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively – making sure every customer feels like they’ve had a first-class shower experience.
• Staying current with our products, services, and policies to provide expert advice – so you can help customers find their perfect fit, every time.
• Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices – because we believe in a rising tide lifts all boats!
• Working collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) – ensuring everything runs as smoothly as a well-oiled faucet.

Our full opening hours are 08:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Saturday and 09:30 – 18:00 Sunday.
