Apply today!Job DetailsResponsabilitiesRepresent World Courier in the best possible way as a first point of contact for our customersPick-up-the-phone and personal engagement in dialogue with our customers, colleagues & suppliersCollaborate with colleagues around the world in order to deliver the best possible customer service experienceWork equally for the shipments of other offices as for your own. All our shipments were ordered from a World Courier customerIdentify & assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction, delivering tailored solutions and a personal touchCalculate, prepare, and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with our pricing guidelines and policiesFollow-up on all inquiries to come to a decision and look to establish future potentialBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication over the phone, using emails and other modes of communication as a tool to follow-up and documentTake care of any customer complaint to ensure their positive and efficient resolution, always looking for the best solutionUse our information- and decision-making tools to leverage the best solutions, like The HUB, SharePoint, JetStream, SAP, etRaise jobs in our Transport Management System (TMS) and update continuously to adapt to changing requirementsSelect routings by deciding on a single or a combination of transportation-typesDispatch drivers (pickup / delivery / recovery / tendering) for shipmentsBuilds and maintains relationships to contractors / transporters (airlines, handling agents, the Rail, customs, government agencies, veterinarians, suppliers)RequirementsFluency in English, both writing and speakingSwedish language – level C1-C2Driving license BVery good command of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point)Written and verbal communication skillsAble to follow procedures & instructionsAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyMultitasking skillsSelf-motivatedRemains calm under pressureHigh attention to detailUses own initiativeAble to prioritize workloadFriendly & politeDependable, reliable and trustworthy.This role will cover a maternity leave and, for the moment, will be a fixed-term position until January 2026 and we hope to extend this term if a favorable context arises within the companyFirst point of contact for our valued customersDesign and offer tailored solutions to our (local and global) customer’s complex and demanding logistics needsEngage in pro-active and personal communication with customers, colleagues & suppliers by phone, e-mail and other modes of communicationsProactively develop and intensify our customer interaction and satisfaction, taking ownership of the customer experienceKey part of a high performing customer focused team going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service togetherWhat Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
