Apply today!Job DetailsThe main tasks of this role include the development and intensification of customer contacts, order-management, planning and execution of shipment orders as well as their administrative and operational execution.The holder of this position must coordinate the cooperation between his/her area of work with all other areas of the corporation in such a manner that the flow of information is always free of friction, unimpeded, and a holistically positive coordination is assured. He/she must independently, but not limited to, execute the following tasks:accepts jobs by telephone / emailraises jobs in TMS, edits these if need arises, completes jobs (enters extra-charges, etc.)writes conversation-protocolscalculates transit-timescalculates shipment pricesselects routings by deciding on a single or combination of transportation-typesorders drivers (pickup / delivery of shipments at the customer, delivery / pickup of shipments at the freight-company)checks collected shipments in the office and prepares them for transportbooks and advises shipmentsmonitors shipments during the transport and reacts flexibly to any deviation from the plancontinuously checks the notes in TMS, and handles shipmentschecks the planned departure or arrival times of flights (“Post Flight Check”)works securely with all pertinent regulations as well as the relevant laws and ordinancesuses the available technical tools (TMS, Jena, FIleZIlla, OptiView, Coldstream etc.)recognizes important information and makes immediate use of this information (All Stations Emails, Holiday Lists, etc.)manages the store-room (packaging, supplies, cooling-media, PharmaCubes, etc.)communicates with domestic agents.builds and maintains relationships to contractors / transporters (airlines, handling agents, government agencies, suppliers, etc.)follows invoicing procedures and communicate/liaise directly with WC Pricing Team.RequirementsFluency in Norwegian written and oral communicationFluency in English written and oral communicationExperience in Customer service or Logistics Operations would be an advantageExperience in TMS, Jena, FIleZIlla, OptiView, Coldstream would be an advantageWhat Cencora offers​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
