  • You will coordinate the work for front office team of the Danish customer service located in Ballerup, Denmark and Tallinn, Estonia
  • You will take full responsibility for coordinating the work within the order-to-bill process, including handling queries related to Hospital and Homecare, industrial and specialty gas order segments
  • You will oversee the team’s activities across various customer service touchpoints, including phone and SalesForce Case Management, while ensuring you meet agreed REN targets. As such, you will be responsible for both operational and personnel aspects of the team
  • Working together with the Customer Service Manager in Denmark, you will optimize processes, enhance services, and prioritize customers’ and stakeholders’ needs
  • Being a key player in building a supportive team environment, you will take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot any problems and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

  • The role requires you to be a dedicated team player with strong cooperative, planning and time management skills. You must be able to communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently and possess proficiency in IT applications
  • A customer- and solution-oriented mindset, paired with a willingness to assist others, is essential for success in this position. The ability to work accurately and efficiently under stressful conditions is equally important
  • Previous leadership or equivalent experience of 3-5 years will be an advantage
