We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our successful and rapidly growing client.This role requires a versatile individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can assist with a wide range of inquiries. The ideal candidate will be sales, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a dynamic fast-paced environment.The package:

• Competitive salary up £30,000.00 – £35,000.00 per annum
• 12% annual performance bonus
• Up to 6% pension contribution
• 25 days leave, plus bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years’ service)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customer and clients either by phone or email to discuss their requirements
• Prospecting for new clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers
• Managing customer/ client relationships, and achieving sales targets
• Working closely with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts and ensure a cohesive customer experience
• Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data – updating CRM salesforce
• Maintain and update tracker spreadsheets effectively – looking at process and streamlining
• Provide administration and customer services support to the Senior Planner and project co-ordinators

Key Requirements

• Understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
• Verbal communication skills, including active listening, for confidently and clearly resolving queries
• Written communication and accurate typing skills
• Organisation skills for managing multiple customer queries simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queries
• Keen to develop and grow your career
