A little bit about the role:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and handle all forms of communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Swiftly address delivery issues, product defects, billing discrepancies, and other concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Analyse customer feedback and generate reports for management.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Support & Collaboration: Assist colleagues in resolving customer issues and manage aftersales queries using the ticketing system.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
