Intermediate level of English
preferably previous working experience in a call center;
high school diploma or a higher education degree;ResponsibilitiesAs part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their various queries, providing them with clear and relevant answers, while adopting a warm and professional approach.Assist clients via inbound calls and/or outbound calls by answering inquiries regarding their saving-goals objectives.Present and promote new alternatives contracts by using upselling skills that suits the best interests of the client.
