CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTSAS Customer Service handles millions of customer interactions annually across numerous markets with the support of dedicated contact centers. We’re on an exciting journey to redefine customer service -focusing on fraud prevention, digitalization, automation, and process development – to meet evolving customer needs while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.We’re looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our Stockholm office to strengthen our in-house operational team. If you have experience in fraud prevention, the Amadeus reservation system, or loyalty programs, we’d love to hear from you!As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll deliver high-level support to our contact centers, corporate customers, and internal teams. You’ll:

  • Provide expert vendor support and ensure quality assurance.
  • Conduct onsite training, floorwalking, and online quality checks.
  • Handle escalated cases and direct interactions with premium customers.
  • Support SAS departments in reservations, products, and customer journeys.
  • Detect and report fraud while improving work processes and instructions.

What You Bring:

  • Customer Service Expertise: Experience with phone, chat, and email support.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Amadeus (bookings, fares, reissues) and tools like Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Airline Industry Experience: Broad aviation knowledge is a plus!
  • Languages: Strong English skills and a good understanding of Nordic languages.
