Job description
To safeguard Tokmanni Group’s organizational assets, mitigate cyber risks, and maintain data confidentiality and integrity, we are looking for a Cyber Security Manager.You will be the operational arm of Tokmanni Groups cybersecurity operations, including protecting information from unauthorized access, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, vendors, partners.Your key responsibilities:
- Developing, enforcing and implementing cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring Risk Assessment and Management by identifying and assessing cybersecurity risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Leading incident response efforts during security breaches or incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensuring Security Awareness Training by contributing to educating employees on security best practices and leading regular security awareness programs, such as customized phishing simulations.
- Managing Vendor Security by evaluating third-party vendors for security risks and monitoring vendor compliance with security requirements.
- Ensuring, that Security operations architecture and technologies are fit for purpose and optimally designed, developed, and improved.
- Ensuring, that new Security Operations policies, technologies and processes, and changes to existing services, are taken applied in a controlled manner and assets and configurations are properly managed and documented.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science or Information security). Advanced certifications (such as CISSP, CISM or CEH) are highly beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, risk management, and incident response.
- Prior experience in the retail sector is essential for understanding industry-specific security challenges and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex security issues and co-develop effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and attack vectors.
- Proficiency in security technologies and knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST) and regulations (NIS2, CRA)
- Experience in managing cybersecurity projects
- Ability to assess and mitigate project and portfolio risks and implement risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ability to prioritize security initiatives based on risk and business impact/business criticality.
- Ability to adapt to new threats, technologies, and compliance requirements in rapidly changing environment.
- Agility in response to incidents and ability to develop and test incident response plans.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and business units.
- Ability to build strong relationships to understand business needs and expectations.
- Interest in emerging technologies and industry trends and understanding of the impact of technology on business outcomes.
- Ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Ability to lead cybersecurity activities in virtual teams
- Fluent spoken and written English, Finnish language skills are beneficial
