Therefore, we are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs our new Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be working with subject matter experts across the entire organization on various cybersecurity tasks and activities, with the goal of security of our products, systems and services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the cybersecurity capabilities and services that we offer. Your contributions will directly impact the security and resilience of our products, especially in defense and critical infrastructure projects.You will be joining an energetic and innovative team within our department of Cyber & Quantum Technology under R&D. Our team is a mix of experienced professionals and talented newcomers, consisting of individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity and technology. We take pride in our dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and professional and personal growth.Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s efforts to secure and protect the products, systems and services that we provide. You will work closely with seasoned specialists, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to significant projects.How you will make a meaningful contributionAs a Cybersecurity Specialist, your responsibilities will be varied. Your focus will be on implementing security measures, analyzing threats, and identifying mitigations, and working with other teams to ensure our products are secure. Here are the primary areas you will be involved in:

• Technical Execution: Develop and apply security measures to safeguard our products from cyber threats. Manage and respond to security incidents to minimize impact and recovery time. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• System Architecture Design: Collaborate with system architects to design and implement secure systems that meet regulatory and customer requirements. Participate in threat modeling sessions to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Software Development: Contribute to the creation of security tools and applications to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities
• Threat Analysis and Mitigation: Continuously monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities to our products. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks based on your analysis
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for security policies, procedures, and protocols. Prepare reports on security projects, including findings, recommendations, and implementation plans
• Collaboration: Work with various teams across the organization to identify security needs and integrate security measures into their workflows. Support the development and delivery of security training programs for employees in Research and Development
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity. Use new knowledge to enhance the organization’s security posture

Bring your world class expertise into playWe are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background and a passion for cybersecurity. You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

• You bring a relevant technical education, i.e., a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Networks, or a related field
• You have solid understanding of system architecture design, threat analysis, and security measures
• You are experienced in developing, testing, and deploying software solutions as well as designing, managing complex systems and create clear and detailed technical documentation
• To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Cybersecurity Expertise: Design and implement security controls to protect our products, systems, and services.
• Security Testing: Experience with security assessments of complex systems, preferably testing of OT Systems
• Software Development Skills: Proficiency in developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
• Documentation Writing Skills: Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation.
