Lead Developer / Technical Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO)Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Developer or Technical Architect specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) for an exciting opportunity based in both Horsens and Copenhagen.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage development efforts on large-scale ERP projects, ensuring successful delivery of Dynamics 365 FO solutions.
• Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to align on technical strategies and architecture.
• Guide and mentor development teams, promoting technical excellence and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities by offering technical expertise and insights during client discussions and proposals.
• Design and implement innovative technical solutions for complex customer projects.
• Oversee the day-to-day technical operations and provide expert-level support to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading high-level, complex ERP projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.
• Strong background in IT consulting with an in-depth understanding of business processes and operations.
• Expertise in project planning, contract evaluation, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Dynamics 365 FO solutions across various business functions.
• Fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills.
