Lead Developer / Technical Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO)Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Developer or Technical Architect specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) for an exciting opportunity based in both Horsens and Copenhagen.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage development efforts on large-scale ERP projects, ensuring successful delivery of Dynamics 365 FO solutions.
Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to align on technical strategies and architecture.
Guide and mentor development teams, promoting technical excellence and best practices.
Support pre-sales activities by offering technical expertise and insights during client discussions and proposals.
Design and implement innovative technical solutions for complex customer projects.
Oversee the day-to-day technical operations and provide expert-level support to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience leading high-level, complex ERP projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.
Strong background in IT consulting with an in-depth understanding of business processes and operations.
Expertise in project planning, contract evaluation, and budget management.
Hands-on experience in implementing Dynamics 365 FO solutions across various business functions.
Fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills.
