Senior Dynamics BC/NAV Finance ConsultantLocation: Malmo | Helsingborg | GothenburgEmployment Type: PermanentAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics BC/NAV Finance Consultant to join a growing consultancy firm based in Sweden. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) / NAV solutions, primarily in the finance domain. You will lead and support implementations, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our clients receive tailored, high-impact solutions to drive their business forward.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 BC/NAV with a focus on finance and accounting modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes, and design effective solutions.
• Configure and customise Dynamics BC/NAV to align with client requirements, including setting up general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices in finance-related modules, helping clients optimise their use of the platform.
• Conduct system testing, end-user training, and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.
• Actively participate in project planning, scoping, and milestone management, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integrations with other systems.
• Develop documentation, including solution designs, test scripts, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, with a strong focus on finance and accounting modules.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven skills in configuring, implementing, and customising Dynamics BC/NAV, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Project Management: Experience leading end-to-end implementations, with a structured approach to project delivery and change management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial processes into streamlined, system-based solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Dynamics BC/NAV are a plus.
• Swedish speaking is essential
