CRM Manager| Dynamice 365 | Sales & Services | Hybrid | London | £90,000 – £120,000 per annumMethod Resourcing have recently partnered with a global consultancy who are looking for a CRM Manager. This role focuses on driving growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering high-impact CRM solutions across sales and service modules.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the CRM practice: Define strategy, oversee project delivery, and manage client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, lead proposals, and secure key client wins.
• Ensure Excellence: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (sales, service, marketing).
• Strong Power Platform skills (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strategic leadership and client management expertise.
• Experience leading teams and growing client portfolios.

Additional Info:

• Permanent
• Hybrid – required to come to the office in London occasionally
• Salary – £90,000 – £120,000
