We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior D365FO Developer with a strong technical architect background to join our Dynamics development team. In the role, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer here at GN.You will showcase the ability to design and implement robust technical solutions that meet business needs using D365FO platform. This role requires a blend of development expertise, architectural vision, and leadership capabilities.The team you will be part ofThe Core Platforms department, specifically focusing on the D365FO platform, is dedicated to delivering robust and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. With a diverse team of 10 members split between Manila and Denmark, we leverage our global presence to foster collaboration and innovation.Our team culture is built on inclusiveness, open communication, and continuous learning. Our goal is to not only meet the needs of our stakeholders but also to exceed expectations through innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence.We are in the process of making a digital transformation of our business by implementing D365FO as our new global ERP solution – and the first step is WMS (Warehouse Management System). You will play a key role in developing technical solutions around business processes, handling requirements and delivering them towards our global ERP and WMS template in close cooperation with the project team.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
• Developing custom modules and features tailored to specific business processes here at GN
• Implementing advanced business logic using X++ and other relevant programming languages specifically focusing on Advance WMS and WOM in D365FO
• Provides advisory to the IT architects, project and line managers and business stakeholders
• Responsible for handling and merging new builds coming from Microsoft releases and other ISV solutions to our codebase
• Responsibility to develop and review detailed designs and estimations.
• Responsibility for all changes within the span of control

• Oversee code reviews and optimization while mentoring the team to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Effectively builds trust with other teammates, establishes an open and honest relationship, and ability to function as a trusted SME
• Supporting existing PROD instances to fix code issues, if any

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

• have several years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O ERP or Dynamics AX2012 R3
• have a higher educational background within Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study
• have experience as a D365FO Senior Developer or similar role in an IT or supply chain environment
• have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams
• have proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
• have problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• are proficient in managing multiple responsibilities and performing well under tight deadlines
• are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others
