- Respond to customer inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
- Utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general inquiries related to banking services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and company products to provide precise information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking or sales environment.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a dynamic new environment.
